Ingredients

1 cup water or plant-based milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Blend oats into a fine flour.
  • Mix oat flour, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt.
  • Whisk eggs, liquid, and olive oil separately.
