1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
1/2 banana (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2–4 tbsp milk (as needed)
Oil or butter for cooking
