2–3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
½ cup zesty Italian dressing
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Place chicken in crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and seasonings.
Pour sauce over chicken.
