2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup BBQ sauce
¾ cup zesty Italian dressing
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Place chicken in a single layer in the crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and spices.
Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
