PrintSmash Burger Tortilla Wraps are a quick, cheesy, and juicy twist on a classic burger, cooked directly in a tortilla and folded into a crispy handheld meal.
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced pickles
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
1 tbsp oil or butter
Burger Sauce (Optional):
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp chopped pickles
Mix burger sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Lay tortilla flat and place cheese in center.
Press 3–4 oz ground beef over cheese in a thin layer. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Place tortilla beef-side down and cook 3–4 minutes.
Flip and cook 1–2 minutes until tortilla is golden.
Remove and add toppings to non-beef side.
Fold tortilla into a wrap or half-moon shape.
Return to pan briefly if needed to warm through and seal.
