2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 oz cream cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
4 large flour tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chili flakes, spinach, mushrooms
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season, and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add mozzarella and mix until creamy.
Warm tortillas to make them easier to fold.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, fold in the sides, and roll.
In a clean skillet, toast wraps with butter until golden on each side.
Slice and serve hot.
