Cheesy, garlicky chicken wrapped in a crisp tortilla—easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for any meal of the day.

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 oz cream cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
4 large flour tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chili flakes, spinach, mushrooms

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season, and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  • Add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly.

  • Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add mozzarella and mix until creamy.

  • Warm tortillas to make them easier to fold.

  • Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, fold in the sides, and roll.

  • In a clean skillet, toast wraps with butter until golden on each side.

  • Slice and serve hot.
