These honey garlic turkey meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and coated in a sticky-sweet glaze. Ready in under 30 minutes and naturally gluten-free, they’re perfect for fast weeknight dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
1 egg
1/3 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive or avocado oil

For the Sauce:
1/3 cup honey
3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, tamari, salt, and pepper.

  • Shape into 18–20 small meatballs.

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides, about 6–8 minutes.

  • In a bowl, whisk honey, tamari, vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth.

  • Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover and simmer for 7–8 minutes until fully cooked and sauce thickens.

  • Serve hot, garnished as desired.
