2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Optional chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, honey, curry powder, garlic, salt, and pepper.
