8 chicken drumsticks
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking dish with foil or oil.
Dry drumsticks thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Melt butter in a small pan, then add garlic. Cook until fragrant.
Stir in honey and soy sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Pour sauce over drumsticks and coat well.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, basting once halfway through.
Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for extra caramelization.
