PrintA cheesy, golden-crusted garlic pizza bread made with gluten-free dough. Easy to make and perfect for dipping, snacking, or serving with dinner.
1 ball gluten-free pizza dough
3 tbsp olive oil
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Let dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking tray with parchment.
Roll dough into a rectangle or oval about ½ inch thick.
Heat olive oil over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in herbs and salt.
Brush garlic oil over the dough. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and slice to serve.
