A cheesy, golden-crusted garlic pizza bread made with gluten-free dough. Easy to make and perfect for dipping, snacking, or serving with dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball gluten-free pizza dough

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Let dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  • Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking tray with parchment.

  • Roll dough into a rectangle or oval about ½ inch thick.

  • Heat olive oil over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in herbs and salt.

  • Brush garlic oil over the dough. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

  • Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and slice to serve.
