A hearty loaf of garlic bread filled with creamy shredded chicken, garlic butter, and melty cheese. Baked to golden perfection and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large crusty French or Italian bread loaf
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Melt butter, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Stir in parsley.

  • In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, seasoning, and a spoonful of garlic butter.

  • Slice bread lengthwise and hollow out some of the center.

  • Fill with chicken mixture, top with remaining cheese.

  • Close the loaf, brush with garlic butter and olive oil.

  • Wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Unwrap and bake for another 8–10 minutes until golden.

  • Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
