8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
1/2 cup shredded white cheddar or Monterey Jack
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
3–4 soft flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberries, green onions, shredded cheese, pecans (if using), and seasonings until smooth.
Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
Roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Slice into 1-inch rounds with a sharp knife and arrange on a serving platter.
Make up to 24 hours ahead.
Add deli turkey for a heartier version.
