This creamy, dreamy Dump & Go Marry Me Chicken is made in the crockpot with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, parmesan, and Italian herbs. Perfect for easy dinners, romantic meals, or comfort food cravings.

Ingredients

  • 23 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (drained if packed in oil)

  • 34 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Optional: 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp cold water (for thickening)

Instructions

  • Place chicken in the slow cooker.

  • Top with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

  • Pour in broth and heavy cream.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

  • Remove chicken, stir in parmesan, and optional cornstarch slurry if desired.

  • Return chicken to sauce and let rest 10–15 minutes.

  • Serve hot over mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best results.

  • Add spinach or mushrooms for variation.

  • Store leftovers in fridge for 4 days or freeze up to 3 months.

  • Sauce thickens more as it cools.
