Crunchy on the outside, warm and cheesy on the inside, these air fryer chicken wraps are a fast, delicious way to use up leftover chicken and create a satisfying, handheld meal.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or preferred blend)
1 cup fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)
1/4 cup sauce (ranch, spicy mayo, BBQ, etc.)
Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Lay tortillas flat and spread sauce in the center.

  • Add chicken, cheese, and vegetables.

  • Fold sides in and roll tightly to form wraps.

  • Brush or spray the outside with oil.

  • Place in air fryer, seam side down.

  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • Let rest briefly before slicing.
