PrintCrunchy on the outside, warm and cheesy on the inside, these air fryer chicken wraps are a fast, delicious way to use up leftover chicken and create a satisfying, handheld meal.
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or preferred blend)
1 cup fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)
1/4 cup sauce (ranch, spicy mayo, BBQ, etc.)
Olive oil or cooking spray
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lay tortillas flat and spread sauce in the center.
Add chicken, cheese, and vegetables.
Fold sides in and roll tightly to form wraps.
Brush or spray the outside with oil.
Place in air fryer, seam side down.
Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Let rest briefly before slicing.
