4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup basil pesto
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh basil for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Arrange in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Mix pesto, cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
Pour sauce over chicken and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 15–20 minutes until bubbly and cooked through.
Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the top.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if using.
