2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and cover.
Lower heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add broth, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer 2 minutes.
Stir in Boursin cheese until melted. Add cream and simmer 3–4 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet and cook 2–3 more minutes.
Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
