4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place in the dish.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheddar, jalapeños, and half the bacon in a bowl.
Spread mixture over each chicken breast evenly.
Top with the remaining cheddar and bacon.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and chicken is done.
Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve.
