PrintCrispy Cool Ranch Dorito Chicken Tenders coated in crushed chips and baked or fried to golden perfection. A bold twist on classic tenders with serious flavor and crunch.
1.5 lbs boneless chicken tenders or breasts, sliced
2 cups Cool Ranch Doritos, crushed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking oil or spray
Preheat oven to 400°F if baking.
Pat chicken dry and season lightly.
Set up dredging bowls: flour with optional spices, eggs, and crushed chips.
Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, then press into Doritos.
For oven: arrange on wire rack, spray lightly, and bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
For skillet: heat oil and fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Rest for a few minutes before serving.
