This hearty breakfast pizza features a crisp hash brown crust topped with creamy scrambled eggs, savory chicken sausage, sautéed peppers and onions, and melty cheese. A perfect morning meal for families or weekend brunch.

Ingredients

3 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed and dried
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 pre-cooked chicken sausage links, sliced
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional toppings: herbs, salsa, hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking pan with parchment.

  • Press hash browns into a 10–12 inch circle, drizzle with oil, season, and bake 20–25 minutes.

  • Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • Sauté peppers and onions until soft.

  • Whisk eggs with milk and seasoning. Cook gently until just beginning to set.

  • Spread eggs on the crust, then top with sausage, vegetables, and cheese.

  • Bake another 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.

  • Cool briefly, slice, and serve warm.
