1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts
1/2 cup flour or breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp oil
6 eggs
2 tbsp milk or cream
2 tbsp butter (divided)
6 large biscuits
6 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or pepper jack)
Season chicken and coat lightly with flour or breadcrumbs.
Cook in hot oil until crispy and fully cooked, about 3–4 minutes per side.
Bake biscuits at 375°F until golden. Cool slightly and slice in half.
Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble gently in butter until just set.
Assemble sliders: biscuit bottom, chicken, eggs, cheese, biscuit top.
Optional: Place sliders in warm oven to melt cheese.
Brush biscuit tops with melted butter before serving.
