1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 large egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup low-sugar pizza sauce
1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
Optional toppings: mushrooms, pepperoni, spinach, olives
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line and grease a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, egg, and seasonings.
Form into a 10-inch round crust about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake for 20–22 minutes until golden and set.
