2 cups shredded cooked chicken
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
5 large eggs
1 tablespoon milk or cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
Scramble eggs with milk until just set; remove from heat.
Mix chicken, bacon, eggs, cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.
Flatten biscuit rounds and add a spoonful of filling to each.
Fold and pinch dough to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter if desired.
Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
