2 boneless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced thin
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
4 large flour tortillas
4 tbsp mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
Optional: lettuce, tomato slices
1 tbsp butter or olive oil for toasting
Season chicken with garlic, oil, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
Cook chicken in a skillet until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
In a bowl, mix all three cheeses.
Warm tortillas and spread mayo or yogurt. Add optional lettuce and tomato.
Add cooked chicken and cheese mixture, then roll tightly.
Toast in a skillet with butter or oil, 2–3 minutes per side.
Slice and serve hot.
