2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar, divided
1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 eggs (1 for filling, 1 for egg wash)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: bacon bits, hot sauce
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix chicken, softened cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar, onions, 1 egg, and seasonings.
Flatten biscuits into 4-inch rounds. Arrange in overlapping ring on baking sheet.
Spoon chicken mixture around ring, over biscuit edges.
Fold tips over filling and tuck under.
Brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden.
Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
